Prices include:
Sheets and towels (on weekly basis);
Electricity, water, air conditioning;
External reserved gardener space for outside dining;
If interested in the purchase of wine, you will be offered a tour of the
vineyards and cellars with wine tasting.
Prices don't include:
Final Clean up (18,00 euro / person)
Extra sigle bed € 50 for week
Heat
Breakfast (continental or italian)
Also available:
WINE TASTING: you may reserve a wine and tasting tour in our traditional
cellars, it's also available our private Wine Shop for agritourism guests
Deposit and cancellation policy
We require 30% from total price to confirm your reservation. You can pay by bank transfer or credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Carta Sì). The difference will be payed at your arrival.
Cancellation Policy
Until 60 days before your arrival no cost will be charged.
From 60 days to 7 days before your arrival we charge 30% from total amount (we hold your
reservation deposit).
From 6 days to arrival time the entire amount will be kept.
No show, the entire amount will be kept.
Extra service will be payed during your stay.
Options Policy: default option's duration is 3 days.
