Grape drying process:
Light direct pressure of grapes, White vinification of sangiovese grapes with a light ad soft maceration, maturation in still tank for 6 months.
Vinification & Ageing:
Fermentation and 6 months ageing in still thanks; finally, the wine will repose into the bottle for about 2/3 months.
13.50 % vol.
Light yellow. Perfume-Aromas: Intense flavours of white flowers and rose petals, elegant acidity aromas.
Really fresh, balanced sweet tannins, wild strawberry sensation.
Ideal combination for Salumi, Seafood, Excellent with meat, and aged cheese.
