The winecellar is located into the historical villa of I Veroni at the entrace of Pontassive (FI) just 10 km from Florence. The old rooms are still used to hospite the production of wine. The firsts steps in winemaking in the old cellar are from the 1809, and in 2004 the rooms were restructurated and today the contain oak cask, barrels and steel tanks used for the fermentation and ageind the wine. The “ Vinsantaia” is on the attic of the villa since the fifties and there lies the small casks used for the ageing of the Vin Santo.
